Service Description

A one‑day pass that gives athletes full access to a CoachLink group training session. Perfect for trying the program, making up a missed week, or adding an extra day of development. During this session, athletes work through our structured skill stations, learn proper fundamentals, build confidence through guided drills, and receive individualized coaching based on their age and ability level.

CoachLink Athlete Academy (DBA of Intervise LLC) General Participation Agreement, Liability Waiver & Policies 1. Introduction & Scope of Agreement This Participation Agreement applies to all programs, events, training sessions, evaluations, camps, clinics, private coaching, and activities offered by CoachLink Athlete Academy, operating as a DBA of Intervise LLC. By registering for any CoachLink program, the participant (and parent/guardian, if the participant is a minor) acknowledges and agrees to all terms in this Agreement. This Agreement remains in effect for all future participation unless updated or revoked in writing. 2. Assumption of Risk Athletic training, conditioning, and sport participation involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, falls, collisions, sprains, strains, fractures, concussions, and other injuries. These risks may occur during warm‑ups, drills, evaluations, strength training, speed work, or any related activity. By participating, the athlete and parent/guardian voluntarily assume all risks associated with athletic activity. 3. Release of Liability In consideration for being allowed to participate in any CoachLink activity, the participant and parent/guardian release and discharge Intervise LLC, its owners, directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, and facility partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This release applies to personal injury, property damage, or any other loss connected to participation. 4. Medical Authorization The participant and parent/guardian authorize CoachLink staff to: Provide basic first aid Contact emergency medical services if needed Allow medical professionals to treat the participant All medical expenses are the responsibility of the participant or parent/guardian. The participant certifies they are physically able to participate and have disclosed all relevant medical conditions during registration. 5. Concussion & Injury Protocol The participant and parent/guardian understand that: Concussions and injuries can occur during athletic activity Symptoms must be reported immediately Athletes showing signs of concussion will be removed from activity Return‑to‑play requires clearance from a licensed medical professional CoachLink reserves the right to restrict participation for safety reasons. 6.
