Política de cancelación

1. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked online. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Unpaid bookings are not confirmed. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non‑refundable. Missed sessions (no‑shows) are non‑refundable and cannot be rescheduled. 3. Refund Policy All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if CoachLink cancels a session or if a special exception is approved by the Director. Refunds are not provided for athlete illness, schedule conflicts, or no‑shows. 4. Late Arrival Policy Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend session length. If an athlete is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be forfeited without refund. 5. Safety & Conduct Athletes must follow CoachLink safety guidelines and arrive with proper footwear and attire. CoachLink reserves the right to remove any athlete for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund. 6. Parent Responsibility Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop‑off and pickup. CoachLink is not responsible for athletes outside of scheduled session times. 7. Media Release By booking, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken during sessions and used for CoachLink marketing unless you opt out in writing. 8. Agreement to Policies By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy listed on the CoachLink website and checkout page.
